Shipping policy

Processing time- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Domestic shipping (US)- We offer standard and express shipping within the United States. Delivery times vary by method selected at checkout. 

International shipping- We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

Order tracking- Once you order has shipped; you will receive a conformation email with tracking information.

 Lost or damaged packages- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me at kosmic.creations111@gmail.com within 7 days of expected delivery date and I will make it right.
